Our Organisation

Girl Power Ltd.

Girl Power Ltd. is the non-profit organisation that manages Miss World Cayman Islands and owns the Miss Cayman Islands trademark. Founded in 2018, our mission is to empower Caymanian women through leadership, advocacy and Beauty with a Purpose.

Miss World Cayman Islands was formed in 2017. Girl Power Ltd. is the non-profit organisation that manages Miss World Cayman Islands and owns the Miss Cayman Islands trademark. Established in 2018, its mission is to inspire and empower young women on their life journeys — whether through pageantry, career development or educational opportunities.

Pamela Ebanks-Small, a former Miss Cayman Islands, community leader and advocate for women’s empowerment, leads Girl Power Ltd. She began as a franchise holder for the Miss World pageant in the Cayman Islands in 2017. In 2025, the committee decided to change course and focus on the Miss World pageant, while being granted the Miss Cayman Islands trademark.

Girl Power Cayman

At the heart of our mission is Girl Power Cayman, a programme that provides free training and mentoring to young women aged 15–27. Through workshops, seminars and one-on-one guidance, it equips participants with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in all aspects of their lives — from careers and interview skills to women’s health and university life.

Green Action

Our commitment to the Cayman Islands extends to protecting its natural beauty. We organise an annual 5K walk/run event to raise funds for local environmental organisations and to raise awareness about critical environmental issues.
