Our Organisation
Girl Power Ltd.
Girl Power Ltd. is a registered non-profit dedicated to empowering Caymanian women through leadership, advocacy and the Beauty with a Purpose initiative. Founded in 2018 under the leadership of Pamela Ebanks-Small — a former Miss Cayman Islands, community leader and advocate for women’s empowerment — the organisation holds the Miss World pageant franchise in the Cayman Islands.
Between 2023 and 2025, Girl Power Ltd. also held the Miss Supranational Cayman Islands franchise. In 2025, the organisation further expanded its reach by acquiring the Miss Teen Mundial licence, where its representative made history by placing among the Top 15 finalists at the international pageant.
In 2026, Girl Power Ltd. refocused its activity exclusively on the Miss World pageant, while retaining ownership of the Miss Cayman Islands trademark. Through its programmes and initiatives, the organisation continues to inspire and empower young women through pageantry, professional development and educational opportunities.
As the holder of the Miss World pageant franchise in the Cayman Islands, Pamela Ebanks-Small, her committee, community partners and sponsors have played a fundamental role in creating platforms for young women to develop confidence, leadership skills and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Girl Power Cayman
At the heart of our mission is Girl Power Cayman, a programme that provides free training and mentoring to young women aged 15–27. Through workshops, seminars and one-on-one guidance, it equips participants with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in all aspects of their lives — from careers and interview skills to women’s health and university life.
Annual Envirowalk
Our commitment to the Cayman Islands extends to protecting its natural beauty. We organise an annual 5K walk/run event to raise funds for local environmental organisations and to raise awareness about critical environmental issues.
